End of Life Care

We understand saying goodbye to a companion is a deeply personal decision, and it looks different for every family. Our doctors offer Quality of Life assessments to help you decide what is best for your pet. In some cases, you may decide to pursue palliative care and our doctors will help determine a treatment plan tailored for your pet's specific needs. You may ultimately decide that euthanasia is the most compassionate option, either during the same appointment or scheduled in the future. We never want you to feel rushed to make a decision, and are here to support you, your family, and most importantly your pets during this difficult process.

Saying goodbye

We are dedicated to providing your family a safe, private, and quiet place during your pet's final moments. Weather permitting we can perform end of life appointments in our enclosed yard behind our building. We will take every measure possible to ensure your pet passes as peacefully and pain-free as possible. Our support staff are here to help answer questions regarding aftercare, and are equip to make cremation arrangements on your behalf through Agape Pet Services. We unfortunately are not able to extend home euthanasia services at this time, however we understand this is something many families choose in order to provide a less stressful environment for their beloved pet's passing. We encourage you to look into these options if you feel it is important to you. There is no easy way to say goodbye, but we support your family in what ever option provides you and your pet the most comfort. Two such resources include MillyVet  and  Perry Integrative Veterinary Care.
